Piano Recital and Supper at the Walheim's!

Piano Recital

Amy and Sarah had there piano recital yesterday at 3:30pm. Each of them played two pieces.

Amy's : Happy Days and Hungarian Dance #5

Sarah's : Linus and Lucy and Let's Get Together

Then afterwards we went to the Walheim's house for supper.

 It was fun!

Theo wanted to take the picture, because he didn't have a pair of sunglasses.

Baby Chick

We went to the Farmer's Market with our friends the McMenaman's the other day.

 Then went back to there house for lunch and to play.

They live on a farm, and we got to hold there baby chick. It was so CUTE!

Marty with the Turkey

Our new Pond

Mama and the boys worked on cleaning the pond Friday. (Sorry we didn't put the pic's sooner) Then Amy and I helped a little with the rocks. It's all done, we just have to get some bigger rocks to go around the edge of the pond. We have 3 frogs in there now, and we are going to get some gold fish, in a week. We love to sit and look at the frogs and listen to the fountain :)

Fishing

We went Fishing today, at the lake that's in our neighborhood. 

We each caught one and Marty caught two.

 Marty loved to hold the worms.

 Sarah caught the fisrt one.

 Then Amy

 Then Marty caught two, one after the other!

 Theo was having trouble because the fish kept eating his worms. But he caught one too!

 Marty was the only one of all four of us to touch the fish and pick it up.

It was fun, and we enjoyed it :)

Marty's long Lego Bus (By Marty)

                                            

 I made this really long bus out of Lego's, on Sunday.

It's 3 1/2 ft long, and there's lots of rooms in the bus.

Here I am right before church, Theo took the picture so you can see how tall it is :)

Memorial day treat :)

Sarah had the idea to make "White Chip Fruit Tart".

So Amy and Sarah made it for a special Memorial day treat!

Amy and Sarah did these Icons in Art class at co/op. Amy's Icon was her gift to Papa for his birthday.

So that's why we didn't say what her gift was, because Papa checks the blog.
