Tonight after supper we read Angel In The Waters since it was Respect Life Sunday. It is a picture book of a baby's life in the womb. At one point the baby is telling how "sometimes it is dark, and sometimes not so dark." I asked why it might be darker at some times than it was at others--and here is the gem I must not forget (from Sarah)--"Because the mama opened her mouth?"
Oh, my. It was all I could do not to laugh out loud, it was so sweetly innocent. I'm still smiling, though. Though you'd enjoy!
